MS Word Pages Split could help you to word split pages into separate, and split according to the chapters.

Loading Documents

AddFiles

1. Adding Documents using "Add File" button:

(1) Press "Add Files" button. The following window pops up:

(2) Navigate to the required folder and select files. Press Open.

(3) Repeat steps 1-2 to load files from other folders.

MARK: Hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard, You can select multiple files.

 

2. Adding Documents using drag and drop.

You can also use drag and drop to add documents: drag and drop documents as you need to the interface.

 



Split by Page

As shown above, select base tab, the pages have been tallied, According these to determine your split program.

1 Split by every X pages

Enter a positive number 'X' as the number of pages in each sub-document.

2 Manual Split

By this way, Split will become more flexible.

The Input allows positive numbers and comma, The numbers indicate the beginning of the subdocument(Number must be incremented), Comma-separated.

Example:

A 50 page word document, name is "test.doc".

(1) Input string as "1,5,10,20,38", and the result are as follws:

test_1-4.doc;

test_5-9.doc;

test_10-19.doc;

test_20-37.doc;

test_38-50.doc; (Automatic positioning the end of document)

(2) Input string as "10,30,60", and the result are as follws:

test_1-9.doc; (Automatic Positioning the start of document)

test_10-29.doc;

test_30-50.doc; (Automatic alignment)

 

Not allowed input:

"1, 1, 5" "5, 1, 4" - Must be incremented

"-1,100" - Must positive number

"one, two" - Must be Arabic numberals

"1,,,4,100" - Separator can not be continuous

 



Split by Chapter

As shown above, select Chapter tab. When the file list has selected item, and the item contains table of content:

On the left select chapters, on the right given split plan.

1.After you select a document of file list, you need to wait for some time to load table of content.

2.Can identify the standard table of content, see the official tutorial: Create a table of contents or update a table of contents

3.Selected chapters on the left, if you want to cancel, click again once.

 



Processing

1. Processing selected files using "Process" button.

mark: If there is only one item in the list, default selected.

2. Processing all of the item in the list using "Process All" button.

3. Through the progress bar to show progress:

4. After processing is complete, icon is changed.

Now, Double-click on the item to View Results:

Export Setting

Export Setting

Press "Export Setting" button. The following window pops up:

(1) Export Folder: Click "Browse.." button and select the folder you want to Export.

(2) File name Format: Set the format of the file name.

Format1: Filename + "_" + Start number + "-" + End number.xxx

Example:

(3) Results folder automatically opens:

The Results folder automatically opens on You screen when the processing is complete.



Remove Files In The List

Press "Remove Files" button that you want to remove selected items from the list.

1. Setence alignment:

This feature ensures that Sentence is not truncated.

This feature ensures that Paragraph is not truncated.
